EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — An Evansville man accused of rape has been found guilty as charged.
The Vanderburgh County Prosecutor's Office shared Friday that Carlos Rodriguez-Geronimo was found guilty of two counts of rape, after he forcibly raped a woman in his home.
Geronimo was arrested in late 2024.

According to the Prosecutor's Office, a jury found Geronimo guilty after just 35 minutes of deliberations.
Authorities say Geronimo met the victim at work, and then raped her at his home after she agreed to hang out.
Sentencing is set for June 20.
