SEATTLE — Dozens of people in search of a sweet treat lined up for the grand opening of the newest Molly Moon’s Homemade Ice Cream location on Friday.
The ice cream shop is housed along the southern end of the Seattle waterfront at the historic Washington Street Boat Landing Pergola. The new location offers a covered patio to enjoy your ice cream while overlooking the ferries crisscrossing Elliott Bay.
Bob Donegan, president of nearby Ivar’s and volunteer for the Seattle Historic Waterfront Association, said the popular ice cream chain’s opening is a major benefit for the area.
