JACKSON, Tenn. (WREG/WKRN) -- Seven people are recovering after a mass shooting at a Jackson park Saturday night, police confirmed.

At approximately 8:41 p.m. on Saturday, May 24, officers with the Jackson Police Department responded to a shooting incident involving juveniles at Kate Campbell Park located at 2700 N. Parkway East.

Seven individuals were injured in the incident. According to authorities, one is in critical but stable condition, two are in stable condition, and four have been treated and released.
