LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - The Las Vegas Raiders punter AJ Cole has signed a long-term extension to stay with the silver and black.

The deal is for four additional years and $15.8 million, with $11 million guaranteed. That makes Cole the highest-paid punter in the NFL.

The extension is on top of the one year remaining on his current deal, so Cole is under contract with the Raiders for the next five years.

The all-pro punter has become a critical part of the organization on the field and has become a fan favorite.
