HENDERSON, Ky. (WEVV) — School is out and students are gearing up for the summer.

The Henderson County Family YMCA will officially kick off their Summer Day Camp on Tuesday.

The program is for children five to 12 years old.

Officials say the program includes field trips, sports, swimming, camp songs, movies, games, meals, and craft.

Camp is Monday through Friday from 6:45 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Parents can sign their child up for selected weeks with a starting price of $116 for members.
