Hugh Jackman ’s estranged wife, Deborra-Lee Furness , filed for divorce from the actor more than one year after they announced their separation, Us Weekly can confirm.

Furness, 69, filed the complaint in New York on Friday, May 23, according to court documents viewed by Us . Furness’ lawyer Elena Karabatos filed a series of docs that signified the exes had hashed out their divorce details behind closed doors after announcing their breakup in September 2023 .

The filings include “a notice concerning continuation of health care coverage,” a proposed “qualified medical child support order” and a New York state case registry form, which is used to report child support orders for the region.
