MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Murfreesboro Police Department has opened investigations into several Memorial Day car break-ins.

Authorities said they're looking for a man and a woman who broke into at least seven cars at the Fountains at Gateway, Manson Pike Trailhead and the pickleball courts on Golf Lane on Monday afternoon. Hours later, they were seen on a surveillance camera leaving a store.

"These two individuals — they stole everything: cash, credit cards, debit cards, iPad, iPhones," Larry Flowers, public information officer for the Murfreesboro Police Department, told News 2.

Investigators said that the duo went on a shopping spree and were later spotted leaving a store with a video gaming system. • (Courtesy: Murfreesboro Police Department) • (Courtesy: Murfreesboro Poli
