WASHINGTON (TNND) — The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has removed the COVID-19 vaccine from its recommended immunization schedules for healthy children and pregnant women, Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced Tuesday.

He said in a video posted on social media platform X that there is no clinical data to support a strategy of administering COVID-19 vaccine booster shots to children.
