JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A man is facing attempted murder charges after a woman was shot in a Dunkin' drive-thru Tuesday evening, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

Tommie Lee Taylor III is accused of shooting his stepdaughter's ex-girlfriend after a dispute in the drive-thru of a Dunkin' off Gate Parkway, an arrest report obtained by First Coast News states.

Police responded to the donut shop at 7005 Gate Pkwy around 5:35 p.m. following the shooting.

When they arrived, they found a 21-year-old woman shot once in the shoulder and grazed in the back of her head. The victim's injuries were considered non-life-threatening, the report states.
