WEBSTER COUNTY, Ky. (WEVV) — T wo paving projects are now underway in Webster County.
A contractor began milling operations on U.S. 41A in Dixon on Wednesday.
This project aims to resurface nearly three miles of roadway from Jim Villines Road to Tapp Lane.
Weather permitting, the road is expected to be paved on Friday.
In addition, work on KY 56 in Sebree is scheduled to start Friday.
Crews will be milling the highway from just west of North Street to the intersection of KY 56 and U.S. 41.
Paving for this section is planned for Monday.
These projects are expected to improve road conditions and enhance travel in the area.
