LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - Suspended Las Vegas Metro Police Sergeant Kevin Menon has agreed to a plea deal.

Menon’s attorney confirmed he has plead guilty to all charges across all three cases he was facing.

There were three separate cases with dozens of charges which included abuse of power allegations, capturing an image of a private area of another person , and possession of visual presentation depicting sexual conduct of a child.

Menon has agreed to serve a sentence of 4 to 10 years in prison.

According to his lawyer, he has been released from the Clark County Detention Center and placed on house arrest.

Menon will be sentenced on Aug. 4.
