Two luxury homes in the Paradise Valley area recently closed with high distinctions.
A newly-built home architecturally inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright set a record for price per square foot, and another estate sprawling more than 9 acres closed at the gold-standard $30 million mark.
The square-foot record breaker, 7140 N. 40th Street, dubbed Jade, is located within the 30-acre, 12-home gated enclave known as Crown Canyon in Phoenix, adjacent to Paradise Valley. The community, surrounded by the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, broke ground in 2021, and this home is the second one in the 12-home community to sell.
