Pima Federal Credit Union acquired the property at 1417 W. Elliot Road, Gilbert, for $1.31 million May 7 from Republic Bank of Arizona, according to commercial real-estate website vizzda.com.

Pima Federal Credit Union received regulatory approval in March to acquire Republic Bank of Arizona. The acquisition was scheduled to close on May 2.

The building is a 3,911-square-foot freestanding bank. It is a single-story building built in 2006 on 1.05 acres.

With total assets of $1.5 billion, the acquisition will enable Pima Federal, which is based in Tucson, to offer an enhanced suite of financial products and services, ensuring that members have access to comprehensive solutions tailored to their needs, according to a company press release.
