LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - A third person has been arrested in connection to a shooting on O Street that injured four people last year.

Alvin Jones Jr., 25, faces six charges which include four counts of second-degree assault. The citation for Jones Jr. was filed on May 1. Similar to Teethloach Biel and Chudier Tut , the other two charged in the shooting, an arrest affidavit is not publicly available.

The citation for the South Sioux City man does, however, list the same four victims shown in Biel and Tut’s citations. The assault charges allege that the men were injured on Oct. 23, 2023, the same night that gunfire broke out near 14th and O streets.
