CYPRESS, Texas (KIAH) – A Houston-area FBI intelligence analyst is facing serious charges after prosecutors say he was found with hundreds of child pornography images — many allegedly created using artificial intelligence.

Brian Rausch appeared in court Tuesday on charges of possession of child pornography and obscenity.

Investigators say the images involved both real children and AI-generated content. Court records show Rausch has since bonded out of jail.
