Join NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Outer Banks and Loving Paws Inc. at the inaugural Ending the Silence Block Party at Dowdy Park in Nags Head on Saturday, June 7 th from 2 until 5 p.m. This event is rain or shine.

The Ending the Silence Block Party is specifically aimed at families and youth, but all community members are invited and encouraged to take part in a day of important educational programs, interactive activities, and open conversation geared towards breaking the stigma surrounding mental health issues. NAMI Outer Banks and other local mental health and substance abuse organizations will be present to provide helpful information.
