Four people have died of suspected drug overdoses in Tangipahoa Parish over the past week, and authorities say investigators have found a "pink powdery substance" at each of the scenes.

The victims, three men and a woman ranging in age from 25-60, all lived on the south end of the parish, the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office said in a news release. In each case, a substance the Sheriff's Office said is known as "pink cocaine" was found at the scene.

The Sheriff's Office said in a news release Friday afternoon that the cocaine also carries the street name "tusi."

Narcotics detectives have also found the substance during at least two drug arrests this week, the Sheriff's Office said.
