Summer is usually a time to relax and enjoy some sort of recreational activity with friends or family.
But 20 years ago, some Valley families were fearful and shaken they may be gunned down on the street as two yet-to-be convicted serial killers were roaming Valley thoroughfares targeting pedestrians and bicyclists.
In addition, the two were linked to eight animal shootings and two arsons at area Walmart stores.
The pair called their acts RVing — or Random Recreational Violence — and the acts jarred the community since they weren’t caught right away.
