NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - Two inmates who escaped the Orleans Justice Center earlier this month were captured in Texas and returned to Louisiana on Friday, authorities confirmed.

Leo Tate and Jermaine Donald were apprehended on May 26, 10 days after breaking out of the New Orleans facility. Louisiana State Police said both men were flown back to the state with the help of LSP Air Support and SWAT and are now being held in a secure correctional facility.
