GREENSBORO, N.C. — Greensboro, NC--The 2025 High School Sports season is wrapping up this weekend with State Championships in Softball, Baseball, Soccer & Lacrosse.

3A Soccer Championship: Western Alamance 1 South Point 0 (F)

MATTHEWS – The Western Alamance Warriors completed their undefeated season and claimed the North Carolina High School Athletic Association’s 3A Women’s Soccer Championship with a 1-0 win against South Point on Friday night at the Mecklenburg County Sports Plex.

The win is the first Women’s Soccer title in program history for Western Alamance and came in their first appearance in the title game. South Point finished as 3A runner-up for the second year in a row.
