SAN ANTONIO — A young man was found shot multiple times on a south-side street by police early Sunday morning.

It happened around 1:42 a.m. in the 400 block of Tidewind Street near Moursund Boulevard.

Arriving officers found an 18-year-old man with several gunshot wounds lying in the street.

EMS Arrived and attempted to provide life saving measures but unfortunately the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say they are not sure what may have led to the shooting. Police do not have a suspect at this time.

Homicide detectives will be investigating.

No other injuries were reported.
