EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — A struggle over a firearm led to a shooting at the corner of Baker Avenue and Negley Avenue in Evansville.

Evansville police reported that two individuals were involved in the altercation when the gun went off, resulting in one person being shot.

The injured person was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
