"Stranger Things" fans, get ready to travel back to Hawkins, Indiana for one final season.

The long-awaited fifth and final season of "Stranger Things" was announced at Netflix Tudum 2025 and fans even got a first look with a teaser trailer.

Here's how to watch the trailer and when episodes will drop.

When does 'Stranger Things' Season 5 release?

The eight-episode final season of "Stranger Things" will release in the fall and will be dropped in three parts. Need a break? Play the USA TODAY Daily Crossword Puzzle.

Four episodes will premiere as "Volume 1" on November 26, Thanksgiving eve. Three more episodes, "Volume 2," will hit Netflix on Christmas Day.

The finale will drop on New Year's Eve, Dec. 31, 2025.

Each volume releases at 8 p.m. ET/5 PT, according to Netflix .
