7QUEENS, N.Y. — A Roosevelt man has pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide and assault in connection with a fatal high-speed crash that killed one of his passengers and seriously injured three others, including his sister, Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz announced Friday.
Reginald Nash, 26, admitted to driving at 89 miles per hour with a blood alcohol content of .12 percent when he lost control of his 2021 Honda Accord on the Long Island Expressway in the early morning hours of November 19, 2023.
