A 17-year-old boy was killed after crashing into a parked car during a late-night incident involving multiple teens and vehicles near a Pennsylvania high school, police announced on Sunday, June 1.
Bethlehem Township Police say the crash happened around 1:28 a.m. on the 3000 block of Chester Road, in the area of Freedom High School and East Hills Middle School.
A group of teenagers and two vehicles were involved in the incident. During the chaos, the teen collided with a stationary parked vehicle and died at the scene, authorities said.
Bethlehem Township EMS and the Northampton County Coroner’s Office responded. Coroner Zachary Lysek is handling the death investigation. No other details have been released.
