Diversified Partners , a leading Scottsdale-based real estate brokerage and development firm, announced today that The Rush Funplex , a high-energy indoor family entertainment center, will anchor its new 14-acre development at the northeast corner of Loop 202 and Dobbins Road in Phoenix.
