There are 12 current NFL franchises that have never won a Super Bowl, and that number has remained a constant for more than a decade.

The Seattle Seahawks were the last "new" champions, winning Super Bowl XLVIII to complete the 2013 NFL season, and nothing has changed since. Furthermore, no organization has made its first ever Super Bowl appearance in that time, keeping the list of teams never to reach the big game at the same four: Cleveland, Detroit, Houston and Jacksonville.

One of these days, perhaps as soon as next February, the number of Super Bowl-winning franchises will change. With that in mind, here's how I'd stack the Lombardi-less squads' chances of finally finishing on top, from most to least likely. Rank 1
