SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - A man is wanted by the Shreveport Police Department in connection to a domestic incident that happened on April 21.

Officers responded to a home, where children ages 11, 12 and 15 were present. Each child provided a statement on the scene.

Based on the statements, an argument took place between Billy Ray Russell and the victim. The situation then escalated and Russell armed himself with a gun and pointed it at the victim while making threats. He also reportedly stated that if anyone called police he would kill everyone in the house.

He then fled the scene with the weapon.

Warrants have been issued for Russell for domestic abuse battery, child endangerment law and domestic abuse aggravated assault.
