WILLISTON, ND (KXNET) — The "Color Our World" Summer Reading Bash is kicking off at the Williston Community Library.

From 4-6 p.m. on June 5, people of all ages can enjoy face painting, yard games, and putt-putt golf.

Visitors can register for the summer reading program and get a free book.

Sweet treats will be provided by Suzie Q's Ice Cream Truck, and magician Jeff Quinn will perform from 6-7 p.m.

"This summer, we invite you to embark on a journey of art and creativity, celebrating the many ways that art enhances our lives," explained Andrea Placher, the library director. "Our program is designed to inspire and engage readers of all ages with a vibrant array of artistic opportunities; and remember, this amazing event is absolutely free and welcomes everyone in our community."
