FOXBORO — Wide receiver Stefon Diggs, one of the Patriots’ highest-profile offseason additions, returned to organized team activities practices Monday at Gillette Stadium.
The four-time Pro Bowl selection wasn’t present for practice last week after a video surfaced on the internet with him on a boat during Memorial Day Weekend, passing out an unknown pink substance to a group of women.
