FOND DU LAC, Wis. (WFRV) - Fond du Lac District Attorney Eric J. Toney announced on Monday that a North Fond du Lac man will spend 24 years in prison for a 2022 homicide involving fentanyl.
43-year-old Jeremy Stoll was convicted of 1st-degree reckless homicide via drug delivery as a party to a crime in February.
The charge stemmed from Stoll's role in an overdose death in June 2022, when a man died in Lamartine from a fentanyl overdose. According to District Attorney Toney, the victim had fentanyl and other drugs in his blood.
