BUFFALO, N.Y. — This fall, Buffalo will host Game Two of the USA hockey rivalry series. The US Women's National Team will face the Canadian National Team in Buffalo on Saturday, November 8th. Tickets for the event go on sale on Thursday morning.

"One of our players is from Buffalo, Hayley Scamurra, and wherever they put these games, it's always extremely well supported, and we anticipate the same and even more so from the great hockey community like Buffalo," US Women's National Team Head Coach John Wroblewski said.

Patrick Kaler, the president of Visit Buffalo Niagara, says he believes the region is prepared to host visiting fans with 11,000 hotel rooms. Kaler says they expect the event to have an economic impact of $1.5 million.
