While some of its neighbors are still working on their 2025-26 spending plan, Queen Creek Town Council Town has signed off on a new budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1.

Council last month unanimously approved a $627.7 million budget that continues to prioritize infrastructure, with nearly 50% dedicated to transportation, public safety, water and wastewater, parks, and other infrastructure projects.

“We are committed to providing a high quality of life, promoting a strong sense of community, protecting residents and providing world class public services,” Mayor Julia Wheatley said in a statement.
