Norway softball will contend for a regional championship Saturday at Ishpeming, facing Bessemer at 1 p.m. Eastern time.

In the other regional semifinal, Lake Linden-Hubbell faces Eben Junction Superior Central. The championship game is set for 3 p.m. Eastern time Saturday.

The Knights captured the district title in Bark River on Friday with a 13-0 five-inning win over North Dickinson.

Norway freshman Kendall Burklund tossed a no-hitter in the championship game, striking out 11 and walking three.
