Kent Police have released CCTV of a man they want to trace as part of their investigation into a 'serious assault'. The alleged attack is reported to have happened at The Cuban in Canterbury High Street, at around 12.30am on Sunday, June 1.

Police said the victim, who is in his 20s, suffered serious facial injuries after he was allegedly assaulted by another man.

Kent Police said: "Officers attended the scene, where the suspect left prior to their arrival.

"Following a review of CCTV, investigators are now able to release an image of a man they believe may be able to assist them with enquiries."

Anyone who recognises the man in the image, or who may have been in the area at the time of the incident, has been asked to call Kent Police on 01843 222289 quoting reference 46/91553/25.
