Pittsburgh is still ongoing with offensive changes over this offseason. The latest of those is a reported visit to them by another free agent at wide receiver to possibly add another to their receiving corps.
Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter on Tuesday morning, WR Gabe Davis will be checking in with the Steelers this week. He’ll be en route tomorrow in order to visit with Pittsburgh on Thursday as a possible signing for the franchise.
Davis, being a half decade into his career in the NFL , has played for a pair of teams in the Buffalo Bills before spending last season with the Jacksonville Jaguars. He, in 74 games played with 56 being starts for the two franchises, has caught 183 passes for 2,969 yards, at 16.2 yards per catch, and 29 touchdowns, averaging out per season to 36.6 receptions
