DECORAH, Iowa (KCRG) - Luther College will switch athletic conferences for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year.

The school will now compete in the NCAA Division III league in the Midwest Conference.

According to a release from Luther College, the decision was made as the result of a unanimous vote made by the Presidents’ Council.

President Brad Chamberlain accepted an invitation to join the conference on behalf of the college.
