CLINTON, Mo - A prostitution sting by Clinton Police resulted in the arrests of two women from New York yesterday.

According to probable cause statements they were able to arrest 52-year-old Jinmei Yan and 42-year-old Meixi Chen, both of Flushing, New York. Both Yan and Chen were found to be offering sexual services out of a public business in Clinton. A witness in the area further stated two men and one woman are seen delivering different workers to the business monthly.

Both Yan and Chen face one count each of third-degree promoting prostitution. They are being held in the Henry County Detention Center on $50,000 cash only bonds.
