Minneapolis City Council members, community leaders call for changes to state consent decree

Members of the Minneapolis City Council and other community leaders are calling for the provisions in the now-discarded consent decree with the U.S. Department of Justice to be included in the city's consent decree with the Minnesota Department of Human Rights.
