A Little Rock developer is appealing the city’s denial of his plan to build four tiny houses in the Hangar Hill neighborhood.
Mike Orndorff, the builder responsible for much of the redevelopment of the Pettaway neighborhood, wants to build four tiny homes in the Hangar Hill neighborhood. City planning staff recommended a denial because Orndorff’s plans didn’t include driveways or other off-street parking. In February, the Little Rock Planning Commission unanimously voted against the proposal.
