Two-time Super Bowl champion Peyton Manning has officially joined the Denver NWSL ownership group, the club announced Tuesday.
“It’s a real honor to be part of something so meaningful to the Colorado community,” Manning said in a news release. “I’m proud to support the growth of women’s sports and excited to help build a club that our city and our state can rally behind.”
Denver NWSL made the announcement on social media Tuesday with a comedic video featuring Manning and brother, Eli.
Ahead of the club’s debut in 2026, the 2021 Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee joins investors Ariel Investments’ Project Level, Jon-Erik Borgen, Kaia Borgen Moritz, Neelima Joshi, Dhiren Jhaveri, Molly Coors and Mikaela Shiffrin with the ownership group led by controlling investor Robert Cohen.
