Congressman Nick Begich returned from a bipartisan congressional delegation (CODEL) to Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea, emphasizing Alaska’s potential to become a cornerstone of U.S. energy diplomacy in the Indo-Pacific.
As a member of the House Natural Resources Committee, Begich joined Chairman Bruce Westerman (R-AR) and colleagues to promote long-term energy partnerships, with Alaska’s liquefied natural gas (LNG) project central to the discussions.
