ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A St. Louis man pleaded guilty on Tuesday to shooting at an undercover officer.
Anthony Stallworth, 25, pleaded guilty in the U.S. District Court in St. Louis to one count each of possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession with the intent to distribute fentanyl, distribution of fentanyl and discharge of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. He is scheduled to be sentenced on Sept. 9.
Prosecutors said Stallworth admitted to selling 28 capsules containing fentanyl to an undercover officer on Oct. 10, 2019. When the officer contacted Stallworth again to purchase more fentanyl, he met with him and had him follow him in his car.
