HOUSTON - A top leader at Texas Southern University has been placed on administrative leave amid allegations of sexual assault. The vice president of TSU's intercollegiate athletics, Kevin Granger, is facing a civil lawsuit that accuses him of sexually assaulting a coworker in April.

"I was sexually abused by somebody who was in authority at my workplace," said the female employee who asked to remain anonymous.
