WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Ill. (KFVS) - A man is accused of fighting with two convenience store clerks before hitting one of them.

Frank M. Walker was arrested on charges of felony aggravated battery and misdemeanor violation of pre-trial release.

According to the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to Big Daddy’s Liquor and Fuel in Pittsburg around 10:26 a.m. on May 28 for a man causing a disturbance.

Deputies entered the business to find an employee restraining the man on the ground. The restrained man was later identified as Walker.

They say both store employees told them Walker was loitering outside, being disorderly, before entering the business and hitting one of them several times after being reminded he was not welcome in the business.
