Flexjet is breaking ground on a new, private terminal at Scottsdale Airport.

The custom designed build, will include a 9,000 square-foot terminal along with 9,500 square feet of office space and 34,000 square feet in hangar space, according to a press release.

This $36 million facility is scheduled to open in late 2026, providing an exclusive lounge for Flexjet aircraft owners. This location in Scottsdale will join the Flexjet private terminal network currently operating at Dallas, Texas., Naples, Florida., Teterboro, New Jersey., White Plains, New York. and Van Nuys, California.
