CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - Lil Wayne arguably one of the greatest rappers of all-time will be heading to the Queen City as of a part 35-city North American tour.

The New Orleans rap native announced on Tuesday, June 3, the tour ahead of his long-awaited Tha Carter VI album, which is scheduled to be released on Friday, June 6.

Wayne will be performing at the PNC Music Pavilion on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2025.

Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter VI Tour: Built on 20+ years of Carter Classics will start on Friday, June 6 and will begin at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Special guests on the tour include Tyga and Belly Gang Kushington on all dates, with NoCap and the Hot Boys joining select stops.
