During an unusually violent week in Scottsdale, two separate shootings killed one man and injured another.

In a third incident, a man was sent to the hospital after a late night hit-and-run.

Sean Quinn, 48, was arrested and accused of fatally shooting 46-year-old Michael Bradford May 21 at a home near El Dorado Park.

“The victim was transported to the hospital but did not survive his injuries,” said Officer Aaron Bolin, a Scottsdale Police Department spokesman.

After reports of gunshots, police and fire crews responded to a home near McDowell and Miller roads.

Bradford was found in the carport area with a gunshot wound to the upper torso. “Despite life-saving efforts, he was pronounced dead at the hospital,” Bolin said.
