FARGO— Riding into the sunset?

Cowboy Jack's, downtown Fargo's cowboy-themed bar and restaurant, could be saddling up as a lease to the location at 506 Broadway is set as available as soon as July 1, 2025. According to real estate site Loopnet.com, the business is available for sale or lease.

The price for the 9,772-square-foot restaurant and bar and the Class A license is set for $1.2 million. A sublease is available for 5,150 square feet for $74,000/year.

Cowboy Jack's Fargo location opened in the fall of 2019 when Dave Erickson, owner of Cowboy Jack's and several other bars in the F-M area, transformed the former McNeal & Friends interior furniture retail storefront into the now western-themed bar.
