I regret to inform you that the Texas Rangers lost.

Lost in a particularly un-fun way, what with there being a rain delay, little offense, and a breakdown of relief pitching and defense.

Tyler Mahle’s ERA actually jumped all the way up to 2.02, the first time since early in his second start of the season it has been above 2.

Mahle also allowed four runs in a game for the first time all season. One of those came on an opposite field home run by Kameron Misner on an 0-2 pitch up and out of the zone that we couldn’t actually see leave the park, what with the wacky camera locations and such, but which we were assured did leave the park. There was a booth review and everything.
